Hello, my name is Daniel Gomez and I have lived and photographed in the Pacific Northwest for the last decade. During that time I have really gotten to know Washington and Oregon’s beautiful locations and the best times to view them.  I truly love these areas and work hard to find unique areas/compositions for my students to photograph but am not limited to providing instruction in these areas.  Join me both in and out of the Pacific Northwest for a week-long astrophotography tour or take one of the 1-on-1 lessons I offer below to learn how to capture that incredible sunset or showcase the starry night sky!

Testimonials from My students

“I have taken both in field and post processing sessions with Daniel. I can’t speak highly enough about his teaching style and his extraordinary knowledge. Daniel specifically addressed issues that I was having, and not only explained how to do something but why. Daniel broke completed concepts into simple concepts that I am able to fully understand and implement. In field, Daniel helped further my understanding of composition, and taught me how what we did in field would translated into our post processing lesson. Daniel’s lessons have given me the confidence to implements new techniques. Thank you!”

“Daniel was informative and to the point. He made things pretty simple to understand and also had good visuals with his PowerPoint. He gives a bit of time to make sure the sound works and whatnot, so that it wouldn’t interrupt our session. He answered the questions I had and ensured that I had all my questions were attended to. Daniel was friendly and professional and the best part is that you get to keep his presentation so that it can be referred to at any time. It’s also pretty affordable!”
